Utilisation
L’utilisation d’un manimo est recommandée à partir de 3 ans, en raison du poids de la peluche des séances de 15 à 20 minutes sont optimales. Les bienfaits sensoriels peuvent perdurer entre 1 et 2 heures.
Le poids du manimo ne devrait pas être supérieur à 10-12% de poids de l’utilisateur. Bien sûr, le confort et les besoins de la personne sont toujours à prioriser.

If a product arrives defected or not as described, we will replace it at no extra cost to you.
Returns or exchange for sizing will be at no extra cost to the buyer.
If the return or exchange is for any other reason, we will ask the buyer to pay for the return shipping. We do not accept returns for open boxes. If a product is defected we will help you make a warranty claim. All our products are protected with a limited warranty.
Every product comes with it's own warranty. Once a product is removed from its original packaging, the buyer must contact the manufacturer directly to make a warranty claim. All our suppliers are reputable Canadian brands with good warranty policies.
