Sizing tips

• 1st trimester: Select 1-2 band sizes larger than your pre-pregnancy size.
• 8th month: Select the size based on your waist at this time
• 9th month: Prior to delivery, measure your waist and subract 3-5 inches
• Postpartum: Select your size based on your waist measurement after delivery
• Between sizes?: Choose the smaller size so you have more room to shrink
