always machine wash cold. Tumble dry with low heat setting. Do not bleach. Do not dry clean. Do not iron. Be sure the garment is thoroughly dried and turned inside out during the drying process if necessary. You can also find washing instructions on all care labels located on the product.

for all faux fur parts, please remove the faux fur before washing.

If a product arrives defected or not as described, we will replace it at no extra cost to you.

Returns or exchange for sizing will be at no extra cost to the buyer.

If the return or exchange is for any other reason, we will ask the buyer to pay for the return shipping. We do not accept returns for open boxes. If a product is defected we will help you make a warranty claim. All our products are protected with a limited warranty.
