How to Remove:
Make sure you have clean and dry hands. Pull gently on the stem of the cup until you reach the base of the cup. Pinch the base of the cup to breakthevacuumseal and continue to pull down gently until the cup is removed. Empty your Flow Cup into the toilet and rinse with water before reinserting. If your period has finished,sterilise your Flow Cup by boiling in water for 3-5 minutes, then place it back inside its case.

If a product arrives defected or not as described, we will replace it at no extra cost to you.
Returns or exchange for sizing will be at no extra cost to the buyer.
If the return or exchange is for any other reason, we will ask the buyer to pay for the return shipping. We do not accept returns for open boxes. If a product is defected we will help you make a warranty claim. All our products are protected with a limited warranty.
Every product comes with it's own warranty. Once a product is removed from its original packaging, the buyer must contact the manufacturer directly to make a warranty claim. All our suppliers are reputable Canadian brands with good warranty policies.
