Helpful tips:
- Small amounts of residual water may occasionally remain in curved areas of bottles and accessories. Simply tilt the products inside the machine to allow the water to run off and prevent water spots.
- Hard Water: If your home has hard water or uses well water, mineral residue may be left on products after drying due to the water’s high mineral content. To prevent this, we recommend using a water softener or distilled water with the machine."

If a product arrives defected or not as described, we will replace it at no extra cost to you.

If the return or exchange is for any other reason, we will ask the buyer to pay for the return shipping. We do not accept returns for open boxes. If a product is defected we will help you make a warranty claim. All our products are protected with a limited warranty.
