The Open The Joy Anxiety Management in a box is a complete package of strategies, resources and activities to help you identify and control anxious thoughts and replace them with positive ones. The kit will guide you through 5 easy steps: catch negative thoughts, check negative thoughts, change or replace negative thoughts, practice positive thinking and spread positivity to others. Each step is paired with a fun activity including a construction project, a clay "anxiety animal" project, origami projects, a notepad for self-reflection and confidence-building cards that offer positive affirmations, activities to reinforce positive behaviour and confidence-boosting questions.
This kit transforms complex concepts into easy-to-understand activities that will help children better grasp and internalize learning. Initially, they can be carried out with the help of a parent or trusted adult, and over time, children will be able to use them more independently.

International Shipping Rates

To get a shipping estimate, simply add an item to your cart and enter your country and postal code. If this doesn't generate a shipping estimate, please proceed to checkout, where the total shipping cost will be calculated.

If a product arrives defected or not as described, we will replace it at no extra cost to you.
Returns or exchange for sizing will be at no extra cost to the buyer.
If the return or exchange is for any other reason, we will ask the buyer to pay for the return shipping. We do not accept returns for open boxes. If a product is defected we will help you make a warranty claim. All our products are protected with a limited warranty.

Every product comes with it's own warranty. Once a product is removed from its original packaging, the buyer must contact the manufacturer directly to make a warranty claim. All our suppliers are reputable Canadian brands with good warranty policies.
