IMPORTANT INSTALLATION GUIDELINES:

How to appropriately tighten the screws on the chair to prevent damage caused by overtightening:

1. Use a manual screwdriver.
2. Ensure that the screws make contact with the wood surface.
3. Rotate the screws gently, limiting the rotation to a maximum of ¼ to ½ turn.
4. The presence of Loctite on the screws will prevent them from falling out.
5. Avoid excessive tightening as it can strip the inserts and cause damage.

By following these guidelines, you can securely fasten the screws without risking any issues with the chair's stability or durability.

If a product arrives defected or not as described, we will replace it at no extra cost to you.

Returns or exchange for sizing will be at no extra cost to the buyer.

If the return or exchange is for any other reason, we will ask the buyer to pay for the return shipping. We do not accept returns for open boxes. If a product is defected we will help you make a warranty claim. All our products are protected with a limited warranty.

Every product comes with it's own warranty. Once a product is removed from its original packaging, the buyer must contact the manufacturer directly to make a warranty claim. All our suppliers are reputable Canadian brands with good warranty policies.
