If a product arrives defected or not as described, we will replace it at no extra cost to you.

Returns or exchange for sizing will be at no extra cost to the buyer.

If the return or exchange is for any other reason, we will ask the buyer to pay for the return shipping. We do not accept returns for open boxes. If a product is defected we will help you make a warranty claim. All our products are protected with a limited warranty.

Every product comes with it's own warranty. Once a product is removed from its original packaging, the buyer must contact the manufacturer directly to make a warranty claim. All our suppliers are reputable Canadian brands with good warranty policies.

Warranty's do not apply for clothing and shoes.

Bought two. One won’t turn off one works fine

Hi Amber,
Sorry to hear you received a defective unit. We were never contacted about this issue. Please try putting new batteries in your Senseez pillow. If this doesn't work please send an email to info@goldtex.ca in order to receive a replacement unit at our expense.
