Some children greatly benefit from cold or hot temperatures, this cushion allows you to heat or cool the packs provided inside to suit your needs. The packs can heated with a microwave and cooled in the Freezer. Also a great tool for sensory exploration.

Lastly, there are weighted pouches so you can apply weight if needed. Deep pressure through weight assists with proprioceptive input. A great calming and self regulation tool.

If a product arrives defected or not as described, we will replace it at no extra cost to you.

Returns or exchange for sizing will be at no extra cost to the buyer.

If the return or exchange is for any other reason, we will ask the buyer to pay for the return shipping. We do not accept returns for open boxes. If a product is defected we will help you make a warranty claim. All our products are protected with a limited warranty.

Every product comes with it's own warranty. Once a product is removed from its original packaging, the buyer must contact the manufacturer directly to make a warranty claim. All our suppliers are reputable Canadian brands with good warranty policies.
