Care

• Frame: Clean with a soft towel, lukewarm water and mild cleaning solution. Be sure to wipe off any remaining water with a dry cloth.
• Wheels: Clean stroller wagon wheels regularly with water and remove any dirt. Be sure to wipe off any remaining water with a dry cloth.
• Fabric: Spot clean with mild soap and warm water solution and air dry.

CANADA: Shipping to Quebec and Ontario takes 1 to 2 business days. Shipping to the rest of Canada takes between 1 to 7 business days, relative to your distance from Montreal. Free shipping over 50$*. Exceptions apply to large items like cribs, mattresses and daycare furniture.

USA: Shipping to United States takes 2 to 7 business days, relative to your distance from Montreal. Free shipping over 100$* Exceptions apply to large items like cribs, mattresses and daycare furniture.

INTERNATIONAL: International shipments take 3 to 10 business days.

If a product arrives defected or not as described, we will replace it at no extra cost to you.

Returns or exchange for sizing will be at no extra cost to the buyer.

If the return or exchange is for any other reason, we will ask the buyer to pay for the return shipping. We do not accept returns for open boxes. If a product is defected we will help you make a warranty claim. All our products are protected with a limited warranty.
