If a product arrives defected or not as described, we will replace it at no extra cost to you.

If the return or exchange is for any other reason, we will ask the buyer to pay for the return shipping. We do not accept returns for open boxes. If a product is defected we will help you make a warranty claim. All our products are protected with a limited warranty.
Every product comes with it's own warranty. Once a product is removed from its original packaging, the buyer must contact the manufacturer directly to make a warranty claim. All our suppliers are reputable Canadian brands with good warranty policies.

Bought as a gift for new parents so don't have personal experience. However I've received so much positive feedback and "where did you get it" that I know it was well received. At the 2 month old stage, the mirror is the stand-out item, but he's starting to be interested in the dolls and coo's at them. It's going to last for years.
