Usar
La manta con peso se puede usar de muchas maneras. Obviamente, se puede usar a la hora de dormir para cubrir todo el cuerpo, ya sea el estómago o la espalda. También se puede colocar solo sobre las piernas, por ejemplo, al leer. Para obtener una presión más intensa, se puede doblar la manta por la mitad.
