Lavage et entretien :
Lavage en machine à froid avec des détergents doux et sans colorant. Ne versez pas de détergent directement sur l'oreiller. Laver par lui-même et désactiver les chargeurs supérieurs avec agitateurs. Sécher à l'air libre sur une surface plane jusqu'à ce qu'il soit humide, puis sécher au sèche-linge à basse température

If a product arrives defected or not as described, we will replace it at no extra cost to you.
Returns or exchange for sizing will be at no extra cost to the buyer.
If the return or exchange is for any other reason, we will ask the buyer to pay for the return shipping. We do not accept returns for open boxes. If a product is defected we will help you make a warranty claim. All our products are protected with a limited warranty.
Every product comes with it's own warranty. Once a product is removed from its original packaging, the buyer must contact the manufacturer directly to make a warranty claim. All our suppliers are reputable Canadian brands with good warranty policies.
