To properly use the Tortle, you must pull the beanie down as far as possible so the crown of the head is fitted into the top of the beanie and ears are covered. The fit of the hat can be adjusted using the side cinch tabs.

Every product comes with it's own warranty. Once a product is removed from its original packaging, the buyer must contact the manufacturer directly to make a warranty claim. All our suppliers are reputable Canadian brands with good warranty policies.
My baby didn't even let me put it on her the one time u did, it kept sliding over her fave. I may have not put it on properly but it's not as easy product to use.
